I'm rating one star for terrible customer service. Seller did not use tracking on this item (yes, it was First Class, not Priority, but I've gotten tracking from other Etsy sellers for First Class before and didn't think I needed Priority because I live in Los Angeles County, same as the seller). Seller did not respond to my inquires about the whereabouts of my item, and I was not rude at all, just matter-of-fact. No excuse for not answering simple, reasonable questions from a buyer. I buy a lot of soap on this site, but I'm certain that I'll not buy from this particular seller again. EDIT: NEVER RECEIVED ITEM, HAD TO CONTACT PAYPAL FOR A REFUND. BEWARE THIS SELLER!
